green paper october challenge

Mary Green has another challenge for October on her blog.  We are to use all, or a portion of, three images she provided for our project.  I have done another spread in my moleskine journal:

Some of the background pages were from Mary's online classes and some were from my stash.  The butterfly is from Mary, also.  I used a watercolor crayon around the edges and some of the papers, too.  Shaded a bit here and there.  The Eiffel tower and faux Paris posts are from ARTchix.

Thanks for visiting.

Saw this on Flickr too - lovely pages, like a holiday souvenir scrapbook. Great colours.

Love how you've accented the green with the contrasting colours and crayon. The butterfly and music accents are favourite elements I like to use too :-)

Hi Jo - nice to meet you! Your collage is equally cool - I love the colours you've chosen here! beautiful, complimentary colours.
Isn't this such a fun challenge? I had no idea about these challenges until yesterday and I now count myself as a participant from here on in!

Hi Joy....

I love your pages, so colourful and full of interest.

ps

A revision card is simply an aid to revise for exams.... they have the questions on one side and the answers on the other! Mine belonged to my eldest when he was studying politics...were past to my second eldest and now have come to me! The ones I have are bigger than an atc... about 3 x 4.5 inches... and are a nice thick card for working on.
