Helga Strauss from ARTchix Studio currently has a challenge on her blog "My Artistic Life" to make some art using a checkerboard. Here is my entry. I followed Louise's advice and scanned this piece; but for some reason I cannot get it to scan any larger than this. As I said when I started my blog, it is definitely a learning experience - maybe I will figure it out in the next week or two! Hop on over to Helga's blog to find out how to join in the fun.
