The ATC's must have only one layer with no 3D embellishments. I used rubber stamps, distress inks, colored pencils and Stickles glitter to create mine. Am looking forward to seeing the four ATC's I will get back from this swap!

flat artys
The Paper Traders Yahoo group has a lot of fun swaps. Cathy Calamas is currently hosting a 4 for 4 ATC swap for "flat artys".
